The weather was absolutely perfect!  Bright, hot and sunny with a nice ocean breeze! The water was a little rough, which was perfect for an afternoon of boogy boarding fun.  The sand was warm but not hot enough to burn your feet, yet perfect for laying on the beach, baskin in the sun and building sand castles with the kids.

 It’s a rough life life here in Oviedo, but we manage.

Rippin Riverside skatepark is located at Riverside Park, 1600 Lockwood Blvd, Oviedo, Fl

   The old gym was filled with teachers and coaches available to discuss different subjects covering drafting, foreign language, computer programming, football, chorus and more.  In all, the staff was very informative and helpful, which helps in making the transition from middle school to high school a little less stressful on the parents and kids as well.

The cafeteria was host to Ms. Bryce and Ms. Lynch discussing extracurricular activities offered at Hagerty high school and finally the auditorium was location for information regarding advanced placement, technical prep courses and the gifted program.

The evening was very informative and a great opportunity to educate the students and parents about the great education opportunities in store for them at Hagerty high school.  Go Huskies!!!
